Considerations for the planning and construction of food processing plant

As people demand higher and higher food standards, the design and construction requirements of food factories are becoming more and more standardised. In order to ensure that food is manufactured, packaged, stored and transported in a hygienic and safe state, the following matters should be noted during the construction of food processing engineering projects.

3、The air in the ingredient room and filling room is purified to maintain a certain positive pressure, and a certain number of air changes must be guaranteed. UV sterilisation is required at the beginning and end of each day's production. The surface of the interior walls and roof should be flat, smooth, dust-free and easy to dust; the concave and convex surfaces should be reduced and the yin and Yang corners made round. The floor should be flat, wear-resistant, easy to dust and clean, etc.
4、Batching water is filtered to remove suspended impurities and bacteria. The floor of the workshop should have a drainage slope, and the arrangement of drains, to facilitate the timely elimination of ground washing water.
5、Advanced automatic sealing machine is used to improve the efficiency of the operator and to reduce the possibility of contamination as far as possible. In the sterilisation operation, workers are strictly required to follow the sterilisation specifications to ensure the hygienic quality of the product.
6、The windows of the workshop must be screened, and air curtains and plastic curtains must be installed at the entrance and exit of the main door to prevent flies from flying in. Therefore, in the production process and management, we help manufacturers to use the HACCP method to analyse the various possibilities of food contamination in all aspects of production to sales, starting from raw and auxiliary materials, and to develop corresponding preventive measures and establish a monitoring system so that possible hazards can be controlled in advance.
