Efficiency Meat Deboner With Bone
Meat deboner is suitable for small canned meat products processing plants, catering, and large and medium-sized hotel catering.
Features:
1. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it is sturdy and durable, with simple structure, safe and convenient operation, easy cleaning, convenient disassembly and assembly, and no consumables.
2. Separable raw materials: chicken skeleton, chicken neck, minced meat with bone, chicken wishbone, whole chicken, rabbit frame, etc.
3. One machine is separated at one time, saving manpower, material resources and space. This machine can be used for low temperature separation and chilled separation (the best separation raw material temperature is -2℃~4℃). The yield can reach 65%-90%.
Features of separated meat puree:
1. Good color and large amount of addition;
2. Low bone residue content (0.06%~0.08%) and good taste;
